NAME: Angie Rahn
Profession: TWI Kindergarten Teacher. I am a volunteer teacher with VFITT. I teach a Bootcamp Class at Glacier Edge Elementary in Verona. I like getting my workout done early in the morning with our busy schedules of LIFE!
Classes Taught: Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:10-5:50am at the GE gym during the school year, 5:30-6:15am on the GE tennis courts/Gym during the summer.
Certifications: I have been teaching Bootcamp for 4 years.

Name: Amy Reimer
Profession: I teach 7th grade math and science at CKCS, and have been teaching Insanity and Body Pump for Vfitt for 3 years.
Classes Taught: I teach Insanity and Power Pump (a weights class similar in format to Body Pump)
I have been a certified Insanity Trainer for 4 years, and I have two boys, ages 6 and 2.

Name: Krista Kasten
I am a Special Education teacher with Verona Area High School working with students ages 18-21 in our transition program.
For VFitt I teach strength and sculpt which is a low impact weights class using smaller weights with higher repetitions. This class is great for anyone who either has an established workout routine or is looking to get started!
I have been certified to teach group fitness classes for over 5 years. I have been certified in PiYo, Zumba, Zumba Step as well as being AFAA Group Fitness Certified.
A little about me:
I am the proud mom to 4 kids (ages 13-2). We enjoy spending time outside, traveling and just being together!
I took up running 4 years ago and have run 2 marathons and 4 half marathons.

Name - Jodie Froehlich
Where you work or what you do - I'm a Senior Marketing Consultant at Midwest Family Marketing Group
Where else you might teach - I teach Cycle at Princeton Club as well as do one-on-on Personal training for new runners wanting to do their first 10K, 1/2 marathon, or marathon.
How long you have been an instructor - I've been an instructor for 8+ years
Any certifications - I have an AFFA group fitness certifications as well as a TRX and Piyo certification.

NAME: Laurie Tackett
POSITION: Wellness Coordinator, VASD

TEACH: Circuit Training and Walk/Runs
EXPERIENCE: I have been teaching fitness classes for over 40 years. Currently, I enjoy teaching "Interval Style" classes which perform a movement for a set period of time. These classes are referred to as "Tabatta" or "Circuit Training".

Position: Yoga Instructor at Bliss Flow Yoga and VFitt
Certified - Dragon Hotfly Yoga 2017 (has been practicing since 1998)
For Kay yoga is spiritual, creative, reflective, fun, challenging and just plain magical!
After yoga, Kay’s other passions are gardening, watching UW women’s volleyball, building things, singing/theater, biking and simply being home with her husband.

Position: Teacher (8th grade LA at SOMS) and Yoga Instructor
200 hour yoga certification through Breathe for Change
I am passionate about my job teaching kids, I love teaching yoga, and feel best when I'm able to be outside - in any season! I enjoy being active, whether it be walking or running, swimming, biking, or hiking. I have 2 active dogs and live with my fiancé.
