What is Intermittent Fasting?
I was reading about IF recently and was intrigued. The premise of resting the gut during a fast made sense so I decided to investigate further to see if it was legit.
My usual sources that I seek out to debunk these types of things are Nutritionfacts.org, Harvard School of Public Health and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

I knew it was big news when I searched Nutritionfacts.org and saw that Dr.Greger had a big 3 hour webinar on the subject that he was charging a fee to watch as a donation to his 501c3.
